Processing Time
Jewelry: 2 week processing time
Non-jewelry items: Please refer to individual product listings for item-specific processing times and policies
Returns
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible, unused items in their original condition.
$8-$10 return fee to cover the shipping fee
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Blankets, hats, and t-shirts
- Any item items that state "no returns" in its product listing
Approved Returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Damaged Items and Repairs
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email me. I’ll resolve the issue at no extra charge to you!
Jewelry Repairs: Handmade jewelry is delicate so please handle with care!Jewelry repairs are free within 15 days of purchase unless damage was caused by buyer. After 15 days, repair fees apply. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
