Processing Time: 2 weeks for handmade items. Please see shirt listings for specific cancellation/return/exchange policies.
Returns:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused items
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition
Restocking Fee: Returned items incur a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping and materials
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, items bought with discount code, and used items are not eligible for return
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email me. I’ll resolve the issue at no extra charge to you!
Repairs: Handmade jewelry is delicate so please handle with care!Free Repairs: Repairs are free within the first 15 days of purchase, unless the buyer is responsible for the damage
After 15 Days: A repair fee will apply after 15 days, and buyers will be responsible for covering shipping costs both ways
Return/Repair Shipping Guidelines: Please email before shipping items so I can provide my updated address <3
When mailing jewelry, use a padded mailer (not a letter envelope) to avoid damage. If jewelry is damaged due to improper packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value in addition to the repair cost
Shipping Issues: Please note that USPS manages all transit times and delivery issues
